I noticed in the watch window that there is quite a bit of voltage fluctuation on the analog inputs of my DMC 4040. This is with nothing connected to the controller but battery power. Any thoughts on smoothing this out? Also, how do I add analog inputs 5-8 in the watch window?

Hi Williammotion,
The watch window uses the Data Record to populate its information. The analog inputs are organized in the Data Record in the axis block. Therefore, the number of analogs that appear in the Data Record is the number of Axes on the controller.
In regards to analog noise, I am sending you an email to find out more about your system. I am unclear if you have anything connected to the analog inputs.
